Refund policy

Thank you for choosing STUDIO ASP. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we are committed to providing you with a seamless and hassle-free return process. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:

  1. The return request is received within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  2. The item is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  3. The item is unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of use.
  4. The item is received within 7 days of us replying to your request, any returns received outside this window will be refunded via a store credit.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@studioasp.co.uk and provide your order number, reason for the return, and any relevant details.
  2. Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions on returning the item, if eligible.
  3. Pack the item securely, including all original tags and packaging, and include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.
  4. Ship the return using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely arrival of the item.

Refund/Exchange Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund via your preference of original payment method, product exchange or store credit.

Exchanges will be processed and shipped as soon as the returned product is inspected, store credit will be issued via email within 1-3 working days provided it meets all eligibility criteria.

Please note that shipping charges and any associated fees (e.g., customs duties for international orders) are non-refundable. In addition to this if you spend over £75 and get free shipping but decide to return a product which takes your total order value under £75 this means £3.50 will be deducted from your refund total to cover our shipping expense.

The above also applies where you activate our 2 for £80 offer on beanies, if one gets returned then £3.50 shipping + £5 which you save when buying 2 beanies together will be deducted from your refund total. In this case you will be refunded £31.50 for one beanie.

Finally if you sign up for free shipping and return the product this means £3.50 will be taken from your order total to cover our expense. 

Damaged or Defective Items:

All items are thoroughly quality check before sending, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to provide a solution.

Change of Mind:

If you change your mind about a purchase and the item is eligible for return, you may initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return Shipping:

For eligible returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
